Tomahawk Steak

You’ll need this:


Tomahawk Steak

Bunch of Rosemary

Flake Salt

Cracked Pepper

Butchers Twine

Wire

Garlic

Butter

Thyme


Do this:


Season Steak with salt and pepper

Place the bunch of rosemary on top of the steak and wrap with twine to secure

Hang steak above fire

Turn every 20 or 30 mins for about 3-4 hours depending on how you like it.

Finish off in a cast iron pan with garlic butter and thyme to sear it.

Let it rest for 5-10 mins before devouring.
