Chef's Slicer

A$395.00

High Carbon Steel Chef’s Slicer with your choice of handle - White Oak , Otway Blackwood or Black G10.

Designed as a meat, poultry and fish slicer with a longer blade and shorter heal, this knife will slice steak like a dream and make short work of a smoked brisket and ribs or whatever else you love to cook.

I use this knife a lot, it cuts thin even slices every time, but also doubles as a great bread and baguette slicer.

This knife is a definite favourite of the backyard BBQ crew, so many people around Australia are rocking this knife on the weekends making short work of roasts, pork belly and sausages - now I’m hungry.

  • German 1084 High Carbon Steel

  • Reclaimed White Oak, Otway Blackwood or Black G10

  • Size is approximate

  • Total Length - 32 cm

  • Blade length - 21 cm

  • Height - 4.5 cm

  • Weight - 250 grams

Comes with a handmade premium Australian leather sheath.
