A versatile knife, great for chopping and slicing. It has a great feel in the hand, sturdy and solid with a fine edge. Easily the most used knife in my kitchen.

The style of the cook’s cleaver is somewhere between a traditional meat cleaver and a thinner Japanese-style nakiri, like most of my knives it features an aged antique look with visible hammer and forge marks.
