High Country Chef Knife - Stainless Steel

I’ve been using the prototype of this knife for a while now in all conditions from out in the boat to hikes in the mountains, cooking everything and anything. I wanted a knife that could perform lots of jobs like filleting fish and chopping veggies to cutting rope - a genuine outdoors all-rounder, and this is it.
The design features a good amount of width for chopping and a shorter stubbier tip that won’t break if dropped, the Otway Blackwood handle is sourced from one of the original Otway sawmills in Victoria.
Each Knife is hand-crafted to order, please allow 7 - 10 days.
