Santoku Inspired Chefs Knife

A$385.00

Hand Crafted High Carbon Steel Chef Knife featuring a reclaimed Tasmanian Blackwood handle, with Brass spacer.

Inspired by a traditional Japanese Santoku, this knife is a kitchen allrounder with great chopping ability and a serious slicing edge. The handle style is a WA construction with the knife tang being inserted through the timber handle, it’s somewhat lighter than the other knives I make although I still use quite thick steel to give the knife a nice feel in the hand.

This knife will be a great addition to any kitchen and will last a lifetime.

  • German High Carbon Steel

  • Length - 32 cm

  • Height - 50 cm

  • Weight - 300g

Care - Rinse under running water and dry thoroughly after use. Don’t soak in water and stay away from the dishwasher at all costs. Carbon Steel will patina with use, and it is not uncommon to form surface rust spots if not kept dry.
