A Limited edition of the Classic Chef Knife.
Forged from 80crv2 carbon Steel with a Reclaimed White Oak handle.
Each piece begins as a billet of raw steel , forged with nothing more than heat , a hammer and anvil then profiled and ground to reveal the bevel and edge.
Total Length - 3o cm - Blade length - 17cm - Height - 6 cm - Weight - 250 grams

Care - Rinse under running water and dry thoroughly after use. Don’t soak in water and stay away from the dishwasher at all costs.
