Our Swedish 80crv2 carbon steel is a classic knife steel that produces a fine sharp edge that will stay sharp for longer. Carbon steel will patina further with use.
AEB-L stainless steel is a premium steel also from Sweden, it’s widely regarded for its toughness, excellent corrosion resistance and ease of sharpening.
